Our story

As I reflect on my journey, I realize that my passion for cooking and baking was ignited during my formative years. My father's acquisition of a bakery in my senior year of high school was a pivotal moment. The enticing aromas of freshly baked goods wafting from the sidewalk left an indelible mark on my senses. Attending SCCC in 2004, I had the privilege of earning my Restaurant-Hotel Management degree and Culinary degree, working under the guidance of exceptional chefs who shared their expertise. After meeting my husband and starting a family, my aspiration to own a restaurant was temporarily placed on hold. However, my health journey, which began in the summer of 2015, led to a profound discovery. By summer 2016, I noticed a significant difference after adopting a gluten-free diet, which reignited my passion for cooking. I now spend my weekends baking and cooking, lost in the joy of creation. My love for chocolate, music, and solo time in the kitchen is a constant source of inspiration.
